Intuition Spotlights: TNS
Meet Samoris, builder of Trust Name Service, a decentralized naming layer for Intuition.
The Intuition Grants Program supports builders creating tools, infrastructure, and applications that strengthen the Intuition ecosystem.
Meet Oriola Samson Omobolaji
Samoris is the founder and lead developer behind Trust Name Service.
Active in the crypto ecosystem since 2018, he has focused on building accessible tools that improve user experience across decentralized systems.
Although still early in his development journey, he rapidly established himself as one of the ecosystem's most promising builders by delivering a functioning MVP and demonstrating a strong understanding of the protocol's identity primitives.
Based in Lagos, Nigeria, Samoris continues to explore ways to make decentralized identity more accessible to users and developers alike.
Identity is the foundation everything else is built on.

Trust Name Service
Trust Name Service (TNS) is a decentralized naming system for Intuition.
Just as ENS transformed Ethereum addresses into memorable names, TNS enables users to register and resolve human-readable .trust domains.
Instead of sharing long wallet addresses, users can interact through identities that are easier to remember, verify, and recognize.
The Problem
Blockchain addresses were designed for machines.
Humans were never supposed to remember them.
Long strings of characters introduce friction into nearly every user experience, from payments to identity verification.
For a growing ecosystem, discoverable and human-friendly identity becomes increasingly important.
The Solution
Trust Name Service introduces a native naming layer for Intuition.
Users can register .trust domains and associate them with wallets, profiles, applications, and other resources.
Benefits include:
- Human-readable identities
- Improved user experience
- Easier wallet discovery
- Better ecosystem branding
- Native SDK integrations
By making identity easier to understand, TNS helps reduce friction throughout the ecosystem.
Building with Intuition
Samoris was attracted to Intuition because of its vision around trust and identity.
The protocol offered a foundation that aligned naturally with his belief that identity should be programmable, composable, and owned by users.
Trust Name Service emerged from that vision.
Lessons Learned
The most important lesson has been understanding that trust is not simply a social concept.
Trust can be modeled.
Trust can be structured.
Trust can become part of the infrastructure itself.
That realization fundamentally changed how Samoris thinks about identity systems.
What's Next?
Trust Name Service aims to become the default naming layer for the Intuition ecosystem.
Future work includes expanded integrations, improved developer tooling, and deeper support for applications building on top of Intuition.
